This is awesome, and the raw data can be changed to suit different targets. I would use monthly Targets rather than daily . Also I can change Empl to Regions! Cool stuff...

Hello mate. Thanks for all your cool ideas. If I may give you a tip, when you resize a chart and Form control you can hold the Alt key and they will snap to the worksheet grid. It makes resizing the chart & the control a ... breeze! I've been teaching this trick for over 20 years.

@@PKAnExcelExpert Hello! Just had a follow up question. What if different groups of salespeople had different sales targets. For example, say employees 1-10 in your example all have a different target set from the rest of the group. Is there a way to incorporate that into a single dynamic chart? Thank you!

Thanks! Very informative. The Project I have been given at work is kind of similar to this. I have a question though. For the “row-Index” number, I have 3 different rows. What can I do to make the formula work? In this example, there’s only one target row for all the employees. I have 3 employees in my example and all of them have their own rows of project/target amount. Please help

Great video! Question, how do you guarantee primary and secondary axis will have the same scale?

I think in the way it was built you have this risk ... different scales in some cases. An option to fix that would be two additional series with just one value (the maximum of both columns). One is the on the primary axis and the other in the second one. Change the format of this "point" to line (as one single point you won´t see anything in the screen because you need two points to create a line). In this way you can make sure both scales have the same size based on the maximum value of the two series.
