Use the dynamic when you are interviewing people in a crowd like a TV reporter will. It is rugged. It will not overload when it's held close to the mouth. And you will not hear the shirt rustling sound!

You should extend your budget and get something from olx bro... because even the basic level condenser mics of good quality cost around 6-8k...and you can get them second hand for 3-4k

If you're an Iphone user , you can use I-rig to connect. For android you can use XLR to your phone pin extension but is not suggestable as you might have dlay and connectivity issues

Personally, I would strongly not recommend using both because if dynamic mic is receiving phantom power it will be damaged.

Condensers work well in an acoustically treated room / Studio (because it will capture all the room noise and resonance in a normal room)
