After the fall of the Ming Dynasty, a group of loyalists fight to restore the dynasty to power. They are aided by a mysterious martial artist known as the Lotus Man, who has incredible fighting skills and always seems to appear out of nowhere when the loyalists are in trouble.

They are also being targeted by a mysterious group of masked assassins known as the Black Wolves working for the Qing government, and they are determined to stop the loyalists from restoring the Ming dynasty. They meet The Lotus Man who is helping to protect the last surviving prince of the Ming Dynasty, the only person who can unite the Ming loyalists and restore the dynasty to power.
