This is why I like DW 7, the storytelling in this game is good

What i like about dw7 is that in every end credit for each armies the song always transitions to jin's theme

Liu Shan, in the Dynasty Warriors series, is one of my favorite characters. Purely for this moment. He KNEW when he had lost. He realized that Jin was the victor, and there was little point in throwing away thousands of lives in order to simply delay the inevitable. Instead, he chose to give in. I know in the original story, he is considered useless, and an idiot, but... To hell with that. I like this Liu Shan.

The last scene with all the characters, always gives me chills

They speak of Liu Shan as a traitor and a disgrace. Yet Zhuge Liang gave the dream that he and Liu Bei wished for in the hands of Jiang Wei, who only thought about destroy the enemy instead of focusing on his own country as well. Liu Shan surrendered and allowed his people to be spared instead of allowing it to fall into ruin once the war finished with Wei which would likely last for even long after his rule was taken over by his own children. And of course Wu would still be standing and even more destruction would happen. In my eyes, Liu Shan was more benevolent than Liu Bei, Zhuge Liang and Jiang Wei. He was a true ruler and man who knew what was best for the land and it’s people.

Unfortunately, the Jin Dynasty didn't have It all figured out after Wu surrendered. Both Yi and Shi had selected the right son as their successors. The Emperor Wu of Jin, Sima Yan however, decided to gave the throne to a developmentally disabled son, Sima Zhong, leaving the empire in the hands of nobles intent on shedding each other's blood for power. After the "War of the Eight Princes" from 291-306 AD, and the "Uprising of the Five Barbarians" between 304 and 316 AD, the Western Jin period ended with the execution of Sima Ye (Emperor Min of Jin). Sima Rui, posthumously known as Emperor Yuan of Jin, together with the remaining royal family, then reestabilished Eastern Jin in Jiankang, or Jiànyè, which is ironic since It was the former capital of *Wu* Kingdom. Eastern Jin would last for another century, and they also defeated the short-lived state of Former Qin at the Battle of Fei River, before finally succeeded by "Liu" Song Dynasty in 420 AD, two hundred years after the fall of Han. " _Thus, The Jin Dynasty of Sima Yi, Sima Shi, and Sima Zhao, was eventually conquered for their incompetent rulers._ "

The ending is great, but true Jin unity only lasted like a decade before even the Sima clan's princes began to squabble for power, ultimately resulting in northern China being fractured by tribal invasions in the 4th century.

*The saddest part in this video is when Sima Yi dies. He's my favorite character :(*

Simi Yi is basically if Lubu was extreanly smart

Such a commanding story, of all the battle sima yi lived the longest and build a reign of his own, destroying the 3 kingdoms era and come forth the sima clan era! The ending is so awesome from sun quan, cao cao and liu bei all of their forces are fell down at the hand of sima clan!! I love the ruthless and cunning sima yi : a true brilliant strategist, he is basically the greatest mind under the heaven after zhuge liang’s passing! No one can match his intelligence!

In my opinion, DW10 should be special coz it's actually the 10th DW LOL. So I think it's really the time to have these things: 1. Solders that you can train (lvl) and make them follow you like any other bloody officer in the previous games, not just bodyguards fighting with you without even having troops. 2. I guess it will be super cool if we have a DLC talking about Sima Yan and how he became Emperor and how smart he is to do all of this shit, even if it's 2 chapters tho like DW9 DLC. 3. Old weapons back (DW7 ones) because DW9 has the shittest weapons ever apart from Zhao Yun coz we finally had him running while applying that mechanic with his weapon other than having the spear in the front while running like DW7 and DW6. 4. Order the bodyguards like DW8 because I don't need to wait 1 year for Empire to drop after the original game to make troops and order them where to go and also I don't like that fact we have to accept the Japanese talking just to play Empire. 5. have a story as good as DW7 6. have missions that really change the game, in dw9 doing the missions or not doesn't change anything. Actually, if we have all of this in DW10 I can tell, I will play this game until I die.

1 year later, in Sima Zhao and Wang Yuanji's Chamber: Sima Yan: (Enters the chamber) Father, I heard you called me. Sima Zhao: (Throws the sword to him) I don't have much time left, you have to lead in my place.(coughs) Use it as you see it fit. Sima Yan was shocked when he heard his father's words. Even though he had seen this coming, he was not prepared at all with all the emotions dwelling inside of him. Sima Yan: ...So you just leave it all to me? Sima Zhao: (burst out laughing then coughs) So this is what it feels like on the receiving end. (Sima Zhao looks directly into Sima Yan's eyes) I know you can do this. If your lazy father managed pulled it off, so are you. (Laughs) Take care of your mother and be kind to her. I'm sure she's had enough of me so don't give her anymore headaches, okay? (giggles). Sima Yan: (trying to hold back his tears and smiles) Yes, I will, father. Sima Zhao: (Leans back and look at the ceiling, as if he's looking at someone) I'll be joining you two now, Father, Brother. In his final breathe, Sima Yan saw his father, Sima Zhao, smiling, as if he's content on the fate lays upon him. Couldn't hold it in anymore, he started bawling in tears, echoing his mourning throughout the hall. Her mother, Wang Yuanji, heard his voice and hurriedly ran towards her and Sima Zhao's chamber. There, she saw her son, crying and kneeling down, right next to her husband whom she dearly loves, not moving at all. She hurriedly approaches her husband and touches his cheeks, it was cold. Couldn't accept what is going on, she calls out his name, again and again, while holding his face with her sweaty hands, wishing that he was just doing another foolish prank so that he could laugh at their reactions. But he didn't respond. The reality finally hits her, then tears begin to fall, as it hits her late husband's face, Sima Zhao. She began to cry and scream while embracing her husband's cold body very tightly. Sima Yan began to slowly get back his composure, starting to comfort his mother by rubbing her back, while at the same time swearing to his father that he will fulfill his last wishes.

When cao cao was still arround (probably at his 60) sima Yi was also 60. Sima Yi lived to see Cao cao's grand grand son and succed his throne. How old was he? 200 years?

Im not gonna lie, but i like the Jin because really they're the ones that knows whats important and what needed to be focused, but when people around started doing stupid shit they have to come in and fix everything, but once they had enough they start taking things in the own hands and fix It themselves thus able to have country united at least for a short while

Cao Wei = Cao Clan Jin Dynasty = Sima Clan

I still believe that the jin dynasty is also an anti hero like wei
