Yeah they good guys - Nick is awesome.. used them several times on my previous bikes.

No tuning was done on the bike.. it was just power runs and to check what the fuelling is like. Do you know how much headache it is to do a stock run then change all parts over and then do another run all on the same day/time/temp range 😭😭

Its like a methodical way of making changes.. small and often and then test at each stage - unlike normal bikes the air filter install is a right pain in the ar53 else I would have done a base dyno run. I don't like the "off the shelf" upmap flashes because they are too generic, so will wait until someone can really adjust an change whilst on a dyno to really check the AFR.

@@hypermotardking ye, but the “off the shelf” map for the price, and mapped using ‘standard components’ - that is anyone else can buy, such as SC pipes eg - can be pretty good. The 200 Eur map I got with UpMap is amazing to me. I also bought once map direct from Italy from a guy who tunes a specific bike model , also through UpMap, and , reality is I doubt anyone locally can do anything close to it . Also many tuners want a piggy back system such as DynoJet, and I don’t really want to have these extras connected all the time. The generics thus can be very good, esp if you don’t have a local Pro enough or for the money

@@v01d2010 I sent off my ecu to be mapped and that came back like a new bike, no juddering in low gear, response was amazing and it felt faster top end. that was an xsr700. i decatted my Triumph 1050 sport sc project end can and K&N filter. took it to the dyno and it made 106bhp at the wheel, but after all that the dyno guy said it would make 115+bhp if I took the baffle out. but I just wanted it for a smooth tune which I have but it still really pulls mid range.

Cool.. that makes me happy that I’m only 3bhp less without the additional costs which on the road no1 will really notice

It's more intresting to know the relative change - without starace vs with - do you have such dyno results?

@@3h0xr0 The biggest change with the Starace kit and full system isn't how much extra power, it's the throttle response and how much faster it wants to rev. I'd say side by side on a dyno the power curves would b peak at around the same point, just the bike with the full system and Starace kit would have a steeper curve and more area under the graph.

@@jaseleese7549 I had a huge "direct" throttle feel / impact after de-cat + UpMap suitably. I wonder what if anything Starace kit can do in this case, it already became very direct throttle.

Yes.. wanted to keep changes limited to bolt on/off and not fit any eliminator plugs etc.. besides its crazy loud as it is

@@hypermotardking I have the 2019 SP with full Termignoni system and map plus a K&N air filter . I did a dyno run and the figure shows 115.7 hp at the rear wheel . Looking at yours I’m not convinced mine has that much . Great video brother . :-)

@@davidalderson3095 You can only go on what the dyno says but 115bhp is strong. I hear most people get around 110-112 with full (decat) systems.. some air filter/starace and a map (upmap/rexer).. On these bikes Torque is more important to fly through the gears

@@davidalderson3095 Thats why I went to 2 different dyno companies on the same day just incase one was unexpectedly high.. but for me having a 1.8bhp difference fair to say the power output is true 👍🏻

@ Foot pounds & Newton meters are two different measurement. Torque is Excellent

I have an air filter.. but can’t change cat/up-map because of warranty. I prefer to use the Hyper on Ttack and not looking for top speed.. its not designed for that.

Not a change it goes 165 mph. Maybe your speedometer says that, but it’s wrong.

Always good to get figures and fuel ratios for reference before tuning - so others can decide if they need to. Information is key. Besides i tune it later (twice)

Ebay one.. its a plug n play.. check my other videos ive done an install on it (you dont need the extra wires)

@@hypermotardking Have you had your bike MOT'd since fitting the tail tidy? I heard the indicators were illegal here which is why I'm skeptical about buying one too. Bike looks mint though buddy!!
