Love the Dyson attachments. My clients are obsessed. The flyaway attachment after the wide pick is a must for our curls in Florida humidity.

My Dyson hair dryer stopped working after 2.5 years (yes, I cleaned the filter). I took it into a local Dyson repair shop and they won't fix it because I removed the tag (that was an eyesore) with the serial number on it. So I'm out $600. They said they could sell me another one for a discount....sign. I'll never buy a Dyson again. I expect better service out of a premium brand. It's clearly a Dyson product. Not sure why the serial number is critical. Apple will work on any Apple product without a serial number. Not to mention the frustration of a $600 hair dryer failing shortly after the warranty period.

@DysonHair I am an occupational therapy student and have some ideas for how your products could really help certain people with disabilities. I’ve been trying to reach someone in marketing or PR. Purchased this and it cuts-off within 30 seconds out of the box. Followed the troubleshooting tips switched outlets still cuts out right away. Left a review on their site and they deleted it. Support hangs up on you and lies so make sure you record your calls with them

Hi Just bought one and wondering if you have a brush type attachment for the Supersonic? I find that it would be very nice to have one for managing my wavy hair. Thanks!

I tried to blow dry relaxed hair with the wide tooth comb and the comb was too big. Perhaps you all should design a comb with smaller teeth.

😒Use a brush like people with naturally straight hair do.

The comb rotates too much and doesn’t lock in place. You need TENSION to smooth your hair and it’s really hard to do with this because it keeps spinning around when I’m drying my hair. Love my dryer but hate this attachment.

Then you should give it back and ask for a new one. I had the same problem and since yesterday I have a new Dyson supersonic. Nothing rotates anymore.
