Just bought 1 today from Dyson...The 1 ur showing is the updated PRO version and the best part is.....It was $299+ tax which came up to $329 with shipping and “Free” storage case. If u r a Barber/Stylist and always wanted 1 then now is ur chance to own 1 a $100.01 $ cheaper ✌🏻😂

Great video! I do think it also shrinks your blow dry time slightly.

Indeed it does! but repair times may cut into your time with it. Ours needed to be shipped in and replaced!

Does it do less hair damage than a regular hair dryer? Asking for personal use.

Yes! it does help prevent damage by utilizing less heated airflow. The concentrator is also less hot, but we would recommend giving yourself a few inches of free space between your hair shaft and the concentrator nozzle.

Gordon Salon thank you. This is useful. Would you mind taking a look at the Philips SenseIQ range? Apparently a dupe for Dyson. Uses similar sensor tech. I guess even Remington has something of this kind.

NO its not worth it- Never again- After treating myself to such an expensive item, it broke down after only 2 years, using 2/3 times a week- Dreadful customer service support, said it was the motherboard and it would be very expensive to repair- If it is such a good quality product how does it break down ? I had my other hairdryer a cheap one for over 12 years and its still going strong- And its not just me- when I went onto Google to see if I could fix the problem there were many others on there with the same product - Due the warranty had expired, Dyson didn't give a shit, they did say they would give me a voucher for 15% off another one- Like I wanted to waste my money on another one ??
