ഞാൻ ഇപ്പൊ ഉണ്ടക്കിയതേ ഉള്ളു. എല്ലാ പൂരിയും ഒരുപോലെ പൊങ്ങി വന്നു, ഒന്ന് രണ്ടെണ്ണം എന്തോ പൊങ്ങിയില്ല. സൂപ്പർ ആദ്യം ആയ പൂരി ശരിയാകുന്നത് ഇതുപോലെ. Thankyou so much. മൈദ ചേർത്തില്ല പഞ്ചസാര ചേർത്തു. അടിപൊളി

Dear, I have tried your recepie today and you know it came out very good.I am so happy n my kids too!! Because i have been trying to make it for years and each time it was so hard/oily and so on.Thank u for sharing this recepie.I would strongly recommend everyone to try it once in a life and as she mentioned in the vedio trust her n follow the correct instructions;you will be Amazed!!.How can i share the photo of how it turned out??

Thanks ഇത്ത, ഞാൻ ട്രൈ ചെയ്തു ഉപേക്ഷിച്ച റെസിപ്പി ആണ് പൂരി. ഇപ്പോൾ ഇത്തയുടെ ചാനൽ സബ്സ്ക്രൈബ് ചെയ്തത്തിനു ശേഷം ഇത്ത പറന്നതുപോലെ പൂരി ട്രൈ ചെയ്തു. പെർഫെക്റ്റായി വന്നു. അതും ആദ്യത്തെ ഉണ്ടാക്കലിൽ തന്നെ. എല്ലാ പൂരിയും പൊങ്ങി വന്നു. ബാജി റെസിപ്പിയും ട്രൈ ചെയ്തു super. എന്റെ മോൾക്ക്‌ ഒത്തിരി ഇഷ്ടായി.

I liked to watch your puri recipe. It is different from mine. I don’t add rava oil or maida. I use only wheat flour and only a tsp of oil. I get soft and fluffy puris. I see that the dough is a bit more thighter than yours.

Thanks for this very nice and useful explanation to make purie. Thanks for telling us that maida is added only to avoid guilt feeling for those who love maida😂😂😂, but is not really required. Two spoons of rava and hard dough and one spoon is secret to get soft, fluffy purie. Very useful. 👏👏👍👍👍
