Que mal conduce el del A3 negro del principio. Ni adelanta casi, ni se deja adelantar, haciendo eses, frenazos al ultimo momento..

What do the blue speed limit signs mean, is it minimum/advisory/inclement weather?

+Ted Kelly Square blue signs mean maximum advisory speed. Round blue ones mean minimum speed.

+Roads of Europe (verreme) thanks, we only have maximum speed limit signs in Ireland

Ted Kelly I know :) in fact most European countries don't post advisory speeds, and only Spain uses them extensively.
