Thanks Mike excellent video! I just had a conversation with someone recently on the misinformation on E-Bike fires. I ride an electric unicycle. I've been riding for four years so I have some knowledge about batteries. I work and ride in New York City. Riding in New York City bike lanes is DANGEROUS! The city is making an effort to make bike lanes safer but in my opinion they are still DANGEROUS! Honestly I feel safer riding my electric unicycle in NYC in traffic. Thanks for sharing.

Been watching him for a while now and he seems knowledgeable..... In fact I'm always trying to win his contest for a book on battery building but I haven't won. 😂 Edit: The biggest problem is when people charge the battery when it was just used and it's still hot... You need to let it cool down then charge it, and you need to use the correct charging amperage so you don't damage the battery. Some batteries are capable of charging on a faster charger but it's built into the BMS, if you have a BMS on your battery, that some people use in home builds when trying to get more range or power out of a specific motor. Edit 2: I feel like a specific car would be a better way of handing personal electric vehicles... Maybe special extinguishers that when you pull it off the mount it immediately calls emergency services.
