E-flite Trojan T-28 1.1m Fun flight

3 жыл бұрынHey guys today I took out the Trojan T-28 for a 2nd time.
This time I went to GMVC to fly over a nice grass field so
I can land her nicely. At 1.1m this is a very nice plane, very
maneuverable, acrobatic and fun to fly. Even though it was
windy she handled it extremely well. A few close calls but
thankfully no damage just a little bit dirty :D

Throws on the rudder are lacking if setup per instruction specs. Adjusted the pushrod to the second last hole on the control horn and it will knife edge beautiful. Can even climb holding a knife edge.

It's good to see someone on KZfaq who flies about as good as me. Tip: Knife Edge requires rudder to the push the tail down and keep the plane from dropping.

Yeah haha I am no the best fixed wing pilot but I can rip fpv drones like no other though :) Yeah I know needs rudder input...I was giving all the rudder I have...Maybe I need some more deflection 👌🏽 Thanks for watching bro more videos to come 🚀

Loving the videos Vince! would you recommend this or the E-Flite 1.3m Cherokee as a third plane? I have flown the sport cub s and the older Delta Ray.

I am a beginner / intermediate level pilot and just picked up this model as my first low wing.....can anyone tell me if this new T 28 1.1m model warbird is a more stall forgiving plane in slower speed turns than most other warbirds...thanks

That's the great thing about eflite😀 You can relax because of Safe and AS3X when your flying any of the other brands it's terrifying because your constantly making corrections and trying not to crash.. I've still got a arrows P51 I haven't Maidened yet.. I've put a A3 Pro stabilisation in it.. I'm expecting my T28 1.1m order to come this week 👍🇬🇧🤘🚀 Have you tried 4s yet bud?

Yeah like for real! That is also why I love Eflite...Nice to have safe & as3x onboard and their planes are always on point. Will keep reviewing and flying more of their models. Yeah I have only flown 4s to be honest haha...More powah more fun 😎🚀

So glad to see your having fun with planes. Try the Pitts 850. It's a monster, the roll rates are insane.

Hey partner, u need to fly much lower and closer to yourself so the viewers can see the plane. Not much fun watching a dot moving around in the sky. Good job !
