I find it hard to believe I have heroes on my roster with a combined worth of about $7,500 (US.) Haven't spent anywhere close to that, so I consider myself extremely lucky.

Xnolphod should be on the list, arguably even on top of it. In especially he should be ahead of Morel, Hannah, Elizabeth and other season 4 heroes. Not only is he becoming nr.1 tank for top alliances which in itself is more important than nr.1 flank or wing, but his special is absolutely unique and is likely to stay unique for a long time. He enables you to play some slow and extremely powerful heroes you couldn't competitively play otherwise. Additionally the towers become a cakewalk when you have him in your roster. (or 2...)

Thanks for the thought provoking video! There are lots of unknowns that you have necessarily simplified ('top 20% sets the price' isnt true, but not a bad heuristic instead of explaining marginal pricing). Of the knowns, there are three improvements I can see: 1) When you pull in the season 3 portal, you get chances at Alf, Bera, Frigg and many other quality heroes. So I think treating the expected cost to get a specific hero through summoning as something you only do 'one hero at a time' is flawed and is overstating the values. 2) Pirates of Corellia isnt an event anymore, so Finley isnt one of five legendaries anymore. But the same thing in 1) applies to the challenge festival (and the Black Friday summons) as you get other valuable heroes alomg the way. 3) Maybe I missed it, but you didnt add a value on the hero being maxed and max emblems? This value will be fairly static for any hero.

Great video :) I also have Queen of hearts along with my C Krampus who does the damage and taunt. Lord Loki is great and having him is like having all the heroes at average speed (except choosing the multi mana specials ) I recently used him to copy Ludwig and Alfrike specials in the war and it’s super fun 🤩 I wish this game turns out to be NFT so it’s a win win for everyone ;)

I agree that your list is pretty spot on but I'm not sure why Lord Loki gets no love. I know its because no one is "chasing" after him but they should be. Anytime I see Alfrike or pretty much ANY of the other heros you mentioned on this list I throw in Loki and he handles business especially paired with Guardian Gazzele he actual does way more damage with their own special! I figured xnol or alfrike would be number 1. Both should of been mentioned in top 10 though I think. Xnol not only heals but gives everyone instant mana which is first of his kind. And also with the new season 4 blue healer (not sure his name) but he is the first hero of his kind that bases his heal off of a color that isant his own ( like frigg, odin, octros, goes off of there own color) outside of healers your pretty spot on brother 👍👍

I have to say lion this is one of the most informative videos I’ve seen in a while for E&P. Crazy nuts just how much is being spent on this game on a daily basis. OMG, a fun numbers video about this game. Holy smokes way to tackle all the different factors and i LOVED the video. Great top 10. Few side notes... Krampus and Blacknight share the pool with Ludwig so there are 3 not 2 that do that special skill which changes the price. Also not factoring in the free hero tokens, challenge tokens etc. that people get and use with no money does change the price of pulling for a legendary, maybe minus 4-6%? Than being said... of all of the hundreds of videos ive watched on Empires and Puzzles this one was the #1 absolutely loved it, thank you!

So I have about 7 out of your 10 and I would agree with the math calculations, but I think you might be missing one that should be in the top 3. I would love to know what Ruby is worth. She is the only one of her kind with 9 other legendries. Also to boot they have now changed Ninja tower to what looks like every other month... Also thanks for running the numbers, I quite enjoy watching your videos and find most of them informative.

Lord Loki would be the costliest hero in E&P for me. He has a use in every team, is average speed & activates every hero in the Game.....based on one condition...! LoLo makes all the Top-10 heroes being discussed available to the roster ! I am amazed that he isn't here....

A couple days ago I did 10 summons and got the hero of the month , Krampus , and Santa x2. Needless to say that’s above average.

Great video but remember that there's no more old events like Pirates, Avalon etc events. Now we have festival so we have 25 5* with 2.5%. And with costumes and festival we have heroes featured. Shouldnt this change formula a bit? Btw i'm really suprised that there's no Ludwig on list. Clash is once for 3 months. Next clash we'll have 5 new 5* so 1.6% for 10 heroes is 0.16% you'll get Ludwig and he does sth that is game changing - mana buff on nearby 😉 PS. There's one more hero with resurrection skill - Nadhezda

Being F2P all my days playing E+P, I've already beat all Seasons (1-4 normal and hard). It is possible to do without spending a dime. The only reason a person would spend money is to get the best heroes to stay ahead which causes a vicious cycle. So, lesson learn, is you don't have to spend money to beat the game.

What about the 2 Gargoyles Gaillard and Penolite? with only 0.1% chance and being that for now only had appeared in Black Friday summon, they both should be fairly expensive right? I actually thought at least Penolite to get into the list.

Looking at the estimated price of $328, I should be happy I pulled my new Costumed Krampus last week with my 1 and only gold coin and nothing more. (although he is the cheapest of your list)

I have all ways asked myself how much my account with everything included would be worth and with your calculations I would agree the numbers seem high but based on the amount of time that goes into maxing a hero out and getting that hero to begin with it’s seems fair Alfrike would be worth $2300 on a market place along with the price you listed for the other top 10 hero’s this game is a little too easy to spend a Fortune the game should make it possible to sell the items in our accounts it would definitely make playing the game have a light at the end of the tunnel and bring in more players

Have to agree on your price assessment BN and Krampus. Imo Krampus and no costume, is better than BN. The added defense that can't be dispelled, is the kicker for me. Once his special goes off he absorb incredible amount of damage. Both good heros but as usual with the best E&P heros, we can probably debate them for hours. Seen good points on Lord Loki. IMO he is excellent at offense but defense, many better.

Follow up to yesterday. Unless you have some info that I don't, I could not get the Gods Unchained game to do more than load. No card creation etc. Also you've got the economics spot on. Only it's possible that the Devs could suddenly flood the market with some currently hard to find heroes. So unlike the NFT ideal we are all seeking, these items could become useless. Also I have a Mother North or which I have not maxxed yet.

Not sure of the calculations. The $656 cost for the Christmas heroes is assuming enough pulls so that you can get an expected value of 1 of each of the 4 heroes. That you will be getting 3 additional premium heroes should be factored into the calculation, not just whether there would be alternative substitutes for them. I can see increasing the value somewhat since you would be able to choose the hero you get when purchasing on the open market, but not by that much. Given your value of $216 for MN and $328 for Krampus, that's a total of $544 for both. That means you are valuing Santa and Pengi at only $112 combined. Santa may be worth slightly less than the other 2, but Pengi is at least in the same ball park as them. I do have 3 Elizabeths and 2 Alfrike on my roster (which is weird since I am still missing most S3 and S4 legendary heroes). By your calculations, they would go for over $10K combined. That's far more money than I have spent in the totality of the time I have played E&P.

When you add up the cost to even possibly summon her, then add to that the cost to level her, she worth easily 300+. Easy!

I'm surprised you didn't make this honourable mansion in addition to alfrike is lord loki is just as niche as alfrike if not more so the ability to copy other heroes specials and make them your own is even rarer in my opinion because he's the only hero of he's kind.

Using your formula then Lord Loki must be in the mix - he is the only one that copies all other hero’s abilities. When those hero’s impact all, or protect all or revive (that’s pretty much every hero in your top 10) then your multiplier must be fairly high…. Be interested in where he came out.

I have FOUR Heroes that can top out to level 80 as their highest power level!! The problem for me is, I can never seem to get the items I need to ascend any of them!!!! One character needs 6 Mysterious Potions, another needs six Trap Tools and a third needs gloves!!! No matter what quest I win or how high I score on a raid tournament, I can't ever seem to "win" these items to ascend my heroes!!! And another problem I have is getting troops to increase my levels there either!! No matter how many times I summon troops I always get blue troops, never red, green, gold or purple troops!!! It is really hard to play when I can't even move past 3960 team power level when everybody else even lower players are at 4000 team power or more!! Especially in Raids!!

Your wrong about krampus. There are 3 5 stars that do what he does Ludwig has taunt as well. Queen of hearts is there too but I think she's different

Nadezdha also resurrects, and her percentage is higher than Alberich's and Heimdalls, I don't know if that modifies Mother North, you said 2 others but its 3. Other taunting heroes are Ludwig and Queen of Hearts, so that should effect Krampus' calculation too no?

Wouldn't Alfrike's supply metric go down slightly since she is available in the Hero Academy? That's how I got mine, I traded a Khagen for her, a pretty good trade I think. Just seems like her availability is a little bit better with her in the Academy.

They should have an auction house like in the ea sports games for gems. I've been saying that for years. I like the fact that If I get lucky in hockey I can sell my cards and get coins back to but other cards or items. Give us the choice dammit.

Your system doesn't work because, as soon as there was a market, lots of supply would be generated from F2P players... I'm F2P, I'm lucky enough to pull Alfrike, For sure I'd sell her for 600 pulls. That would equate to about 8 HotMs and a lot more and all the new heroes would really change my roster potential and potential to play the game in varied ways. I could switch my training camps from level 20 to low cost production and, with food saved, could also make some regular use of TC1. Currently as F2P I'm running out of reds that I want to level up and that's even while not being in mass production of feeders.

There is also that Purple 5* that has taunt. Can't remember his name but have faced him many times in raids. So that's a total of 3 5* heroes that have taunt as their special. Just saying. Might as well note. I have 2 Krampus costumes 1 Santa costume and 1 MN costume and Mr. Pengui. I got all those within 5 10x summons. Another note: Loki can copy Alfrike. I wish you would do your homework before throwing videos out here in KZfaq. Because there are people like me that can quickly find your flaws.

My low evaluation on Mother North was based on getting her recently having already got Alberich maxed with 20 emb. So Maxing her won't add much over Alberich who does pretty much a similar job. Just increase the chance of revival to 50℅). Even that I she has a costume. This does not mean she is not a world class hero.
