According to me yes because upto 2.5 lacs or 5 lacs as per condition no tax is to be paid , and while making card highest was apx 2 lcs

i have worked with an organized sector but from past 3 years i am not working with any organized sector but there was a registration of epfo and esic with that job ,so will i be eligible for this card or not please tell. and when i tried to register myself on e shram portal and tried to mention my epfo details it says that i can not be a member for this card.

My father is a govt. employee but I am doing dairy work(dairy farmer who sell milk) and I invest in stock market some money monthly like 2000 rupees monthly. According to eSharm Who is Unorganised worker (UW)? Any worker who is a home based worker, self employed worker or a wage worker in the unorganised sector including a worker in the organised sector who is not a member of ESIC or EPFO or not a govt employee is called an unorganised worker.
