i was there. I was at like everyone of their NJ shows ever haha. grew up on hardcore. that shit was crazy back then; you'll never see shows like that anymore with crowds like that.

the bit about "them shady mfs trying to fuck up our country" tells me this was 2001 and was in the direct aftermath of 9/11 Hardcore bands were saying things like "this song goes out to Bin Laden, that piece of shit!" on stage all the time then, particularly if they were from NY/NJ

I think this was 2001 shortly after 9/11 happened. I was at this show I think haha. Played a few shows with them back in those days in my band

I love hardcore, but I can't stand ghetto core. While this guy's lyrics may be more thought out than that of fred durst's, I'd rather listen to limp bizkit anyday.
