Seele is the Childe of hsr. If she doesnt have 100% crit rate, she will not crit when you need her to

E2 is what he needs to remove debuffs, other eidolons are good but e2 is a good stopping point considering he is a 4 star

There's no Best DPS now since Acheron its a lot weaker than some characters in Pure Fiction, including Seele Seele is far more flexible char in the game til now, but the price is build investment for not being the best in nothing (if anyone care abt this)
