This year more than 1300 people died during the Hajj. This is not the first event where many people died. This compels us to ask the questions:
1. Is a disaster on this scale inevitable during such events of large gathering?
2. Is this negligence and incompetency among the rulers of Muslims?
3. Or is this due to the people performing the hajj?
