The concept of Shadow P&L was discussed in the first video of the You, Me, and Trading series on trading psychology. The video addresses these queries and explains why it is very important to understand shadow P&L so that you can overcome problems related to the successful execution of your strategies.

❤thanks a lot to making video on same series Please advise sir exit on particular stock when stock is already 100 percent up from average price . I am facing issue to take profit because of may be I think stock move further move . In this case please suggest when should be idle exit in such cases. Thanks

How do we determine appropriate exits for profitable trades? Specifically F&O trades - should they be determined by a moving/ trailing SL or should they need be capped - like 50% of max profit/ 75% of max profit etc? Or should it be as AP sir says - स्व्दानुसार?
