Great video mate! Check your bearings at the transmission. When a clutch job is done, this bearing must be replaced. Mod mini did a video about this

Nice progress. Before the trans goes back in, I'd do the throw-out bearing, bearing guide sleeve, trans input shaft seal, and the two (2) release fork bushings (16mm and 18mm).

@@RegardingAutomobiles Also, there is a tiny little black square - or a cube actually, that sits in the top of the gear selector. It is really cheap part (only £9 delivered, here in the UK), the cube has a hole through the middle of it. They do wear and give you really poor gear selection. Have a look at that part and see if you can find it in your gear selector mechanism and see if you can see how worn it is. Really easy to change out, but could be well worth it as it returns the gear selector process pretty much back to factory. I wish someone had told me about it - before it took me ages to find the problem / solution. Great videos ...... keep up the good work. 😃

@@edwardgurhy100 looks like part 23117509740? I’ll take a look at mine.

@@RegardingAutomobiles Yes, that is exactly it, have a look at yours and compare. Mine was completely worn away on one side, though the plastic and down to the metal pin. I changed mine and all of a sudden was able to get gears (in a much better manner). It's a cheap part too.... but can make a huge difference.
