Dino crisis 2 was a massive disappointment to the original Dino crisis that I played back in 1999.

Yeah and I remember thinking back then that the kind of graphics even on the PS4/Xbone would even be possible and now we have the stuff that is starting to come out on this generation of consoles and people don't understand just how mind blowing it is. It also blows my mind how even people who have been around for every console generation somehow always forget that the best looking games don't come out til later in the generation and spend the first 6 months or year complaining. Hell even the games that came out at the start of the PS2 don't look anywhere close to as good to the later PS2 titles

Many PS2 games and 6th gen games are still more Immersive to me on average. Metal Gear Solid 2 Is still Impressive , the complex dynamic behaving rain effects and *Immersion* (key point) on the opening tanker level Is unmatched even In 2023 by modern rain on big AAA games like RE4 Remake coming next month. Most of today's stuff has bigger worlds and higher resolutions but feel fake af with no inspired design soul , and It only exposes their unbelievability the way devs make them now because they focus on things that don't matter tying to lure in the casual mainstream making it seem more like a barely interactive hand holding movie than a fun challenging videogame , the shallowness of modern gameplay dosen't sync up with them going for 100% logical deeply realistic acting worlds and characters , you play a GTA game and have a huge ultra realistic city aesthetic yet all the Internal buildings are bare bones access basic and you can't really do much In any of them other than very basic things , so modern games feel like a whole bunch of much bigger fluff while 6th gen was perfectly balanced with substance by being realistic just enough but mostly putting the focus on deep gameplay because that was still the bread and butter of what sold games back then.

He got really ill a few years ago and i think he had a brain aneurysm or something, hes still ill, he cant remember working on or being in Malcolm in the Middle. How truly sad is that! 😔

I think he said that in his 20s he was racing cars and got into a bad accident and he just doesn't remmber anything from his childhood. So when he hears storys or watches the show or his old movies its like he's never sceen it before.

Aperntly later in life he had brain trauma from a car crash and has lost all his memory from childhood.
