So sweet. Watching this vid. transported me back to my childhood (better and worse times) - when I was an avid viewer of all the American detective series in the 70s. I loved Starsky and Hutch, the GT hooning around, Starsky sliding across the bonnet, his anger. All, so 'effing cool. Thank you

Man that's awesome. It was one of my favourite shows as a kid. I remember in grade 4 (dating myself here) my buddy Rob and I we were going to grow up to BECOME JUST LIKE Starsky and Hutch. :) 44 years ago and I remember it like it was yesterday. My uncle had a red Torino of that vintage and I always used to tell him to paint the white swoosh on it. Never did though. Haha. Good job on this.

I really hope that someone who actually worked on the TV series can see this. Have you ever seen this car reproduced as an RC before? I have not so maybe yours is truly a one-of-a-kind. Like the Mona Lisa it's a hand made masterpiece and it is priceless.

Wasn't sure about that little window in the rear pillar it looked too large but turned out brilliantly with those rims it looks awesome! 😁👌

It is weirdly large. On the real car, the proportions all so different. Even the stripe i added isnt correct but I could not follow the real dimensions as the body's shape was so different.

Excellent job on the body. Great paint job. The white stripe is spot on, but the body needs to sit higher, just a bit higher over the tires. But good job. I would by it.

The reason it sits as it does is there is no room for more camber adjustment. If i raise it, it goes positive. I have since updated the upper links.

There was no doubt in my mind that you would ace those holes for the siren. I've seen you hack into a body with without a care in ways that would have my butt clenched in fear. Couple little holes is nothing.

Not a stupid question at all! Usually it would be Hutch (the passenger) that would put the light up. On all the toys and die cast models, they reflect this. Starsky put it up too but usually it was Hutch. Either side works TBH

At first I thought I was looking at the wrong video. You need to let us know when you change your theme music😉 Seriously though is there a tool for taking the wires out of the plug? I haven't found one and I demolish the plug every time I tried

Haha! Yeah just for this one I changed the audio. Usually i can get them out grabbing the plug but sometimes they wont budge. Then some little pliers help.

@@AMPROEngineering I think I'm just too "ham handed" because 98% of the time I manage to destroy the plug. So I was wondering if there was a specific tool, such as on a full size car, there is a tool to clamp the spark plug wires and pull them off. It seems I don't think of the old saying "work smarter not harder" until after the fact. I still like your clips, so keep them coming please

I swear their car was a brighter red than that not darker.

It became a standard ford red for later cars. I looked up the color code.

Oh sorry I dont. You can search for them on ebay. Usually they are in the $250-$400 range sadly since they are super rare.
