for small plastic transmitions i recommend using krytox 205g0, its a lubricant used for mechanical keyboard switches, its still pretyty viscous but doesnt have that suction you were talking about, another great option that is water repellent is dialetric grease which is also non conductive so added bonus if you accidentally get it in electronic components

I really enjoy your videos. New back into after being a died in the wool Tamiya fan with a Lunchbox and Hornet. Many years later now I recently bought an FMS K10 (not wanting to spend the money for a TRX4) and the wheels you created for it are just awesome. After watching your and others videos on the LRDC Unimogs I pulled the trigger on the 1201 and some upgrades and it's now on the way.

Honestly, when LDRC sent the early one (this one on the video), i could tell they were on the right path. That 1201 knocked my socks off!

@@AMPROEngineering mistakes where the best parts. Not really but it made me chuckle non the less.. hoping to get my first crawler the c24 so this helps with possiblity of these rigs. Lots of options

I like this truck, but I do want to find a better motor or something I tried the dual motor upgrade and the esc/receiver board just up and died, taking out one motor with it

Yeah, same crap happened to me. I didnt know this one cant support it. The next version can so I bought that PCB and now its all good. 2 motors are a must.
