@@Villagerbluewheelsunflower cool. Yeah label the connectors so that you dont switch them around between bank 1 and 2. The oxygen sensors are the same with different legght wires front vs rear. But the dme’s wiring harness i labeled. I dont know if oossible, but try and installt he sensors front and rear before you install the pipes finally. Once the pipes are installed theres not much room left to install the sensors. The rear sensors are definitely doable but im not sure the front sensors can be installed before installing the headers. They should be but i didnt try

@@Villagerbluewheelsunflower and in my case the shortened bolts they sell werent needed! It was alot easier to clean the gasket surface on the heads with the pimbolts removed though And make sure you have the time and patience lol. Ive been told the fitment is hit or miss in terms of the headers. And the pipes that goes underneath the car definitely will need adjustment below the gearbox support brace Im gonna redo mine and go down in tube size below that support bracket to be able to route them better as well. Consider doing that instead the hack job i did in the video lol. They sound good, and they perform great. Most likely the best power adder you can get Rear o2 sensors will probably throw codes after some time due to cats flowing too much. Consider coding them out so they dont throw a check engine light

Im happy you found it helpful. Having installed alot of headers it didnt suprise me though. Cheap headers just often doesnt fit. I still think its good value for the money but you really need to have some fabrication skills to make it work. And i will have to do it over as i effectively halfed the pipe diameter under the transmission crossmember. In hindsight i should have just done it perfect by cutting and routing my own pipes. But i got lazy and just wanted to test them. But again, im happy you and others might find it helpful and thats the most important thing to me. Thanks for watching

@@OEMplusRESTO Yeah, that's a lot of flow loss and potential turbulence in the pipes. Not acceptable in a "performance" exhaust.

@@skrsys the crazy thing is it still pulls way harder. Or so i feel. Someone else in the comments have told me to do a 50-100kmph comparison instead to remove possible launching and gearshift mistakes. I will use that metric next as its much better. You live and you learn

I also have long legs and have plenty of headroom with the same height, I am exactly 180cm like you. I also fitted perfectly in mx5 nbfl with my height for example. You must have a very long torso Marcolino@@OEMplusRESTO

Havent noticed any smell worthwhile reporting. It does smell a tad more, but not much. I havent tested the emmisions no. But i know people who have been able to pass emmision with these. But you probably need a proper drive to have them at full heat before testing though

@@MichTuning i have heard other where the headers fit out the box. Mine didnt though as you can see. But a little hammering and some grinding at they fit. Not too bad considering the price of the kit. And you’d might be more lucky than me in terms of fitment. The most important is that they work. They definitely work

They state on their website it doesnt fit the xi but i dont know enough about the xi to answer why not sadly. So many parts seems to not fit the xi for some reason.

Congrats on the purchase. Some are lucky with the headers fitment but i havent heard of anyone that didnt have issues with the part that goes below the trans tunnel, Check my video called Exhaust if you want to see how i made it fit better. @@OEMplusRESTO uhhhhhh no !!! I spent $350 on mine and it sounds amazing loudest car in my city , just get urself some ebay catless headers and straight pipe it , meaning remove resonator and muffler and put on tips

Loud e46 bmw is a no go. Cats is the only way, either make it work with cats or else you look like a 16 year old high-school kid trying to be cool.
