The world’s first E46 M3 V10 with a DCT. This is my first review of the car and this season there will be plenty more video’s coming.

This was our first engine swap ever to build en this took more than 700 hrs to build and tune.
Still we have some plans with the car.
Once finished we try to get the car legally registered as a M3 with a V10 engine. Once that’s done we are able to hit the roads and visit the Nürburgring again after 2 years.

He should meet with EVOLVE and get a tune and intake, and that car will fly. best bmw body, with the f1 street engine,and a DCT that you can do whatever you like, thats the best bmw ever made.

I used to owe a V10 e60 M5 with close to 650 hp with all the upgrades. Love to drive it every time I had a chance. Sold it but didn't have any problem. It's a beast

@@thelastsaiyan6631 did 2nd stage ecu programmed. And all the upgrades needed for stage 1 and stage 2. This is done by two mechanic friends who does all the ecu program and what bolt on needed. Not your typical ecu bolt on.

Finally someone harnessed the true power of this engine. It deserved this kind of dct already! It’s time! And the time is now! Bless you man! Thank you for giving the v10 what it needed! I love how simple of a thing u done while keeping the engine stock. The transmission I knew would make such a big difference and now the world has seen it!

You must be reading minds. I some time ago saw this vid, as the concept of v10e46 is my ultimate automotive dream. So I saw AutoTopNL review of your Betty, and it reminded me - this is dct. Man this build is impressive. This build is insane. Little things and details - stunned. Kudos to You PROCAR.

I can't believe how beautifully made this is.. I wish my father was alive to see this. We lived in Germany for many years in the late 80's and he has always been a BMW owner. In his mind I can tell you; this is what a BMW should always be and always should be. If you ever get a chance can you do a GoPro vid of you driving the track with this for us? You're a genius!!

I dont think those pads in the trunk is soundproofing, but i think they're for acoustic treatment in rooms and such.

Nice!!! DId you consider an oil-water heat exchanger? If correctly sized and positioned (oil in or out, coolant in or out, depending on normal operating temperatures) it will heat the oil during warmup, and when oil gets hotter than the coolant it will cool the oil.

Great job, this car has the potential to be a youtube star. Finally the v10 has a proper gearbox that it deserves , i can only imagine how difficult it was to do it . Maybe switch to 5w-50 weight oil , as it is faster to heat up ?

Thank you sir! I will have to wait until the weather gets warmer and check how fast the oil heats up as i will normally drive it at 20 degree and up . Or else switching to 5w-50 is a very good option. 👍

5w50 redline brand oil is well-known in the s85 community for less bearing wear and same high level of protection as the recommended 10w60. Also switching to a dodge viper thermostat, which runs hotter and doesn't resist the oil warming as much as the stock. Check out Troy Jeup here in the USA he rebuilds these engines, has alot of info about bearing wear.

Upshifts are pretty good. The downshifts could be quicker if i want but that would be more suitable for track use

mooi project om te zien, zit goed in elkaar lijkt t. Dat je er veel plezier van mag hebben! kreeg t in de YT reccomendations, mijn sub heb je erbij. Ik zou echter wel zorgen dat je een camera mount of een go pro met headband krijgt, scheelt een hoop gedoe :D. Allicht kan je de hoofdsteunpunten van de achterbank gebruiken om een camera te plaatsen. even een hoofdsteun uit elkaar slopen om een framepje van te maken.
