Hice la conversion y mi vehiculo no acelera bien, se ahoga, si piso el acelerador a fondo se ahoga y se apaga la, ecu es ms42.

i am pretty sure he is not going to just share those details, or try to guide you in the right direction, but if you are interested you can read a little bit about how this cars are tuned and modified at a software level in the ms4x wiki...type that on google and you will find lots of info

Adrian Gainz oem e46 injectors have an angled spray pattern so if you use the oem ones on an m50 manifold. Instead of spraying fuel on the back of the valve it sprays fuel on the port floor which can cause poor cold starts and longer cranking times. Its a good idea to find injectors like these but it will work on oem 24 pounders

even if purge and evap are not plugged into vacuum it wont cause stalling issues unless there is a masive vacuum leak or like Ceon said idle control valve not plugged in. Also you need to plug the idle ports on the head for this swap to a m54 engine.

only thing emission wise would be the ccv setup with the manifold would be custom. make sure the evap purge is hooked up as well as the secondary air pump valve to vaccum and it should run stock.

Sorry for late reply, but I was able to hookup the stock evap tube to the manifold, all I’ve deleted is the SAP. It runs great still almost a year after the swap.

@@kmartkid6312 exactly. I tuned out my SAP and kept the stock evap. Was able to hook the catch can outlet to the vacuum port where the brake booster connects to with a T fitting. So far so good one year later!

Delete the whole system, plug the hole on the dipstick tube then just run a catch can from the main outlet nipple on the valve cover gasket

you will have to go custom with ccv. I recommend going with the m56 valve as it has the ccv built into it and its aluminum not plastic. if not get the m50 ccv and get the brackets for that as that will fit then use custom tubing to run to VC and the other to intake manifold. You dont want to vent to atmosphere with the m54 as the oil control rings rely on vacuum to effectively scrap the oil. Do not run a PCV either since it does NOT regulate vacuum which too much will cause lean and gaskets to leak.
