Hope they add more seasons into career mode because finishing the game in 2037/2038 doesn’t fit right. Retirement should come once the player reaches 40 or 40+ (my player career mode) as for manager they should make it to an age where the manager can manage till their 60s look at Carlo Ancelotti😅

Also hope they add youth leagues so you don’t have to loan out all your young players

I'd actually prefer less complexity and faster paced gameplay. Fifa 15 was the best Fifa because the gameplay was the most fun.

Sorry, a bit of a side track about the recent Hollywood strike. I had an experience with Motion Capture and voice acting and have to say even though gaming industry is a colossus these days, voice over actors and mo cap performers are not fully considered 'equal' talent as traditional actors. What's really interesting right now is that the mainstream, 'regular' actors demand royalties for their digital likeness when it's used on new projects they are not technically involved with. Something MoCap actors could relate to...I guess the movie studios figured that their 'creative accounting' and sometimes cruel contracts/ NDA's would go unnoticed into this new era of streaming. They were wrong, preparation is everything and they were completely ill prepared for this new platform of entertainment. PS. You almost saw me as Leon in the new Resident Evil games :)

Since FIFA 20 defensive AI has been awful. The defenders you're not controlling don't seem to know what to do. Games ending 7-5 like it's a rugby match.

We don’t want to play the pay-to-win Ultimate Team and instead want to live out our fantasies and improve our favourite teams and players how we see fit. But you’re right. Career mode doesn’t make EA money like Ultimate Team does, so they’ll likely never try as hard to improve it

Obviously its gonna be OP. Costlier the player, more the playstyles in your ultimate team. If you dont pay, your defender can’t tackle an attacker. Pay enough and now you have a defender that steals the ball perfectly to set up a counter.

Maybe is not the servers. I don't know if you use wireless internet or cable. But wireless is never made for gaming online and will never be strong enough for online gaming. With cable wired internet you have a better chance to not lose connection while playing

you can make it in the game. there are "ultra defensive, defensive, normal, offensive, ultra offensive" tactical styles that you can swap trough them in the game

@@DeKuTx That's not what he meant, he means that when you lose the possession of the ball, or regain it, your formation changes the way you want. Let's say you would like to play 5-2-3 when you do not have the ball and need to defend, but when you regain possession, your middle center-back will be higher up the pitch like a CDM/CM so you play in a 4-3-3 formation. That's a realistic thing and should deifinitely be added into the game. It's gonna be hard in Ultimate Team, but they at least have to add this to Career Mode.

The playstyles are completely pointless if there is one playstyle that is way better than everything else as it always was. It would be nice if it was balanced and every playstyle has its strenghts and weaknesses but I doubt the manage to implement it that way. I fear this game will be even more pay to win than its predecessors.

even if we start 10 years in the past. I mean they have the data on which teams performed well and which players peaked. That would be extremely fun playing with Leicester in their title-winning season

my man, all of that and more can be done in like a 6 month time with that big of a company. EA could literaly make the best career you can possibly imagine, just look at alex hunter career from fifa 17-19. We never had the same ammount of customization, cutscenes or voice lines. The way ea works is get all these ideas, and then add only 5% of them all every year, so that they can announce something new in every other game. If they did add everything and make a perfect game, it just wouldnt be worth making new ones, since one would be already perfect and nobody would buy new ones. As for fut, we literaly had more content in fifa 16, there were trades and more. Im not saying it was better, because it clearly wasnt and fut rn is much more enjoyable, but they intentionally make their games worse (or better, they do not utilise all the potential) to sell more. Its a shame but its reality.

@@KYNG__AL No it's hard to do so, trust me, because EA will lost a huge amount of money trying to improve the graphics, and doing real crowd footage, like 80k real people footage would need a 64 GB VRAM at least (if each model is originally modeled, I'm a bit hyperbolic), and hardware can only render things like that for vids not for games, so, if they go like that the game won't potentially be playable.

Are you joking? It's the exact opposite! Defensive AI is unbelievably overpowered that's why everyone just parks the bus and counters. Attacking AI is dead bar a few full meta players. You literally have to L1 trigger your forwards otherwise they'll just drop deep and daydream.
