One thing I love about Deli is how effortlessly she adds in tips for building and decorating so that it feels natural, like with sizing down the picture in the lounge room. Newcomers get a helpful tip but "old pros" don't feel like they clicked on a tutorial lol! It's a hard balance but Deli is rocking it!

I think you actually got lucky with Moschino and vintage glamour because they go with each other. Personally I think the vintage glamour curtains without the frilly are way more useable. I tried to self teach myself how to crochet it’s hard lol.

Another Each Room Challenge that might be fun is combining two packs/kits together to make a room! Then you can get such combos as: Spooky Stuff Pack and Backyard Stuff, or Spa Day and Vampires!

I love that the sim that lives here has a full dining set and knitting room but sleeps on a single bed 😆 They know what they want! I do love the layout of it as a simple two bedroom home and may download and try my own challenge on it for funsies 😊

Hey deli, I was just watching a video about someone else playing a game and I thought you would really enjoy it. It’s called unpacking and you basically go through a persons life with them. It’s subtle storytelling with some organisation.

I have been knitting and crotcheting since I was a little girl - but it wasn’t until about three years ago that I learned to read patterns. It opened a whole new world. You should try it again now that you are older. This was a fun challenge.

I know what you mean about knitting. My high school had a class called "textile arts" that was a combo yarnworking/sewing class. I chose knitting because I thought it looked easier. I only ever managed to knit one thing, it was just a weird rectangle, and my stitches were all different tensions so it bunched in places and spread out in others. I took both textile arts classes and never successfully made an item.

Hey you asked at 2:54 what those pictures are. I'm currently studying photography and I can tell you it's a certain style of lighting from behind. It's actually really common too. The light comes from behind and creates a thin line around most of the time the outline of the person ( sometimes some feature)

The bed is from Parenthood. It does seem like the items that were taken from packs and added to base game cause a gallery pack tag glitch if you have its original pack. I honestly think you did really well making the rooms actually look like real rooms and a fairly cohesive house (excepting the kitchen, but a lot of people go full out for holiday decor and it is obvious the sims who own this house are a bit extra for spooky day! 😂).

you can try learning crochet first,its a little easier than knitting and uses similar hand motions. once you get decent at crocheting you could try branching into knitting again.

Try crocheting I found that much easier to learn and to build motor skills. Now that I learned crochet I am able to knit. It made learning easier.

Chows are the laziest dogs. Praying i've been good enough in this life to get to come back as a well loved and well treated chow to a dual income household with no kids (that makes me their spoiled baby)... yes this is my own chows life 😂
