What gets me is that Vecepia is the only winner to never win a reward challenge or take part in a reward. The merge didn't even have the standard merge feast. She literally lived off the island.

I will always stand by and say that Vecepia is one of the best winners of all-time. Played a great UTR game and was ruthless when she needed to be. Forced the tiebreaker rock draw while wearing immunity and completely stabbed Kathy in the back. Legend. Shame she wasn't asked back for S40, I'd love to see her play again.

Yes!!!!!! She described her game for exactly what it was in her last confessional. She deserved to be back this season, it's too bad Jeff doesn't like her.

She wasn’t asked back because she ultimately cheated to win in her season. In the early season every player was allowed to bring a comfort item. Back then the last challenge was a quiz about the other castaways Vecepia knew this and brought a notebook as her “comfort item”. Through out the whole game she was taking notes on her teammates. She won the challenge and won the season.

@@nickbendana6809 I wouldn't call that cheating.... They all knew what the final challenge was going to be and she was the only one smart enough to bring a journal to write down useful intel about the others. I don't see why doing that would make them dislike her but oh well

@@quinna5537 I agree and Amanda and Cirie were just as villainous as Parvati. The only difference is Parvati admitted it where Amanda denies it and still sits with puppy dog eyes after deceiving everybody. If she actually admitted it she could have stood a chance in both her first 2 seasons.

Her confessional was sweet yes, but if you watch that season from start to finish she did some villainous things. Also her feud with Johnny Fairplay, dumping fish Rupert caught, hiding the two water jugs and the fish nets etc. Honestly go and watch it she played a really good game imo

Then, if you root for the wrong person, it's a complete buzzkill ending for the season. When there are 3 choices, you don't get your hopes up to high, and there is more suspense because there are more possibilities. My opinion, but I respect yours, too.

Cutting to a final 2 has the awkward last vote where the last immunity winner decides who to take. It is arguably too powerful and it is tough to keep the last voteout interesting, generally it becomes a question of are you taking the good person who might beat you or the jerk you think you can beat?

@Jamie Ellis I wouldn't say it's too powerful. Statistically, the F3 immunity winner has ended up losing more seasons than they're won.

I prefer final 2 over final 3 bc the stakes are higher but the person who wins final immunity in F3 is always the person to loose in the final 2 over the person they brought (EX: Wigglesworth, Colby, Kim Johnson, Neleh, Lil, Boston Rob in Allstars, Danielle, Amanda, Woo) so i guess they stopped bc it was too predictable

I liked Sandra a lot in her first two seasons (especially Pearl Islands) hated her in Game Changers and not liking her in Island of the Idols. I do hope (at least in winners at war) her arrogance is just for the cameras because if not then her two wins got to her head.
