Mine came fine but broke bit by bit and at 1st they were helpful until the fork broke. Then they wanted me to pay for it. Amazon had to get involved but that's why I bought through Amazon. Perhaps your experience was because of what I went through.

Once they send parts I need to basically rebuild my bike. Wiring harness....new throttle....new controller....and now new motor. So pissed.

These are not woods bikes. Heavy and under powered, I wish you luck. Mine has a flat right now and I don't even care to fix it.

@@FloridaEbikesyou sound very lazy to be honest. E-bikes have to be maintained and this one is far from a e-bike it is more e moped. I recommended getting motorcycle tires put on it and upping the output. If something breaks, replace it or just get insurance on it. Motor starts whining and going slow ? Grease it. Drivetrain whining ? Grease it. Tired of getting flats ? Put shinkos or Michelins on it. Figure it out not rocket science.

@@RudyCordon you sound very ignorant of me the channel and my 10 plus builds. You are assuming much and only getting 1 thing right. It does need more motorcycle styled tires but it should've come with them stock. Get some real life experience before talking. Guaranteed you never touched an ebike or took the time to see my verity of bikes and how I ride.

I had same problem at my x700 I'm fixed it for 300$ and I have more 10000 miles only changed later the rear wheel and regular maintenance

I think mine was one of the 1st ones so they didn't believe me. Now it's been about a year and I've had a bunch of comments like yours. Mine is sitting now with a flat waiting for new tires and tubes. If you want a bike thar can handle abuse look at the Freego line. My Freego has been unbelievably good like a little billy goat.

@@FloridaEbikesyou might be right, the fact they shipping us stuff for free is a bit sus 😂 and I got a new right side crank on my bike and they told me I was eligible for a free one since something probably happen to it before I got it or something like that. And the new crank is much wider, so they def we’re having problems there. You must have been one of the first since they were more than willing to offer help. At least they trying to fix it. Sorry you didn’t get the best experience, but glad ur bike is working. And yea for my next bike probably going to take a look at that one!!

That doesn't make sense. I adjusted my non pro to 60klm thats how it displays in the menu even though im set to mph. I average about 30mph fully unlocked but it will go 32 with zero head winds. I like mine overall but its not as fun as my other bikes.

Oh I may have figured out your problems. There is another setting that gives you 3 -9 levels of adjustment. Whichever one you choose make sure its giving 100% power in top level. Mine was on 95%

Hi brother, I am from Canada I just got my Romeo pro. I have an issue with the top speed at 25mph. Could you tell me exactly which level of adjustment did you choose? Thank you

@@giovannilizardigomez227 my Romeo was 28mph stock setting. I got the owners manual then looked up what display model it has. Then I googled the settings and adjusted the speed to 60klm and controller amps to 30 from 20. I have a regular Romeo so it's not identical but that should get you there.

It's a huge ordeal. eAhora only did the right thing after Amazon was going to accept it as a return. I also spend a lot of money on Amazon and used that to my advantage when dealing with eAhora. The best way imo is go into your account and pick chat with us or contact us.

Yeah eAhora is not a great company. That's why I bought mine through Amazon or they wouldn't have helped. It's great fun but now my front brake is acting up, I think from the fork. I'll probably just live with it or fix it myself. Local bike shops get $100 an hour here so that's not an option.

@@FloridaEbikes Any kind of a brake issue definitely shouldn't be played with. I know these local bike shops tend to do their customers dirty with their prices, but I'd just bite the bullet and pay them if I were you.

@TheSixthSLoT I build my own stuff. It may need a new caliper but we'll see. The brakes are working fine and I'm keeping it local until I figure out my game plan. I appreciate the concern but I'm a mechanic.

This is my experience , other people love their Romeo but I do actual long trips and broke mine quickly. My main problem was the company itself. Even if the Pro is good no way its getting 80 mile range on the same 60ah battery pack especially dually motors. I have 5 ebikes now and the small companies suck to deal with for parts and you will probably need warranty parts.

No. Eahora def not. I do 25 miles a day on mine. Had it about 2 months. Brakes are horrible..... Mine came with ripped seat brand new. After 200 miles the bikes sound horrendous. My Romeo Pro at 400 miles started just dying mid ride. No reason. Err code 5 throttle issue. In 12 miles yesterday I had to just pull over for 10 minutes each time and wait for bike to start. Now my rear motor is grinding horribly. Not surprisingly saw guy at store last week said all the motors like eahoras are garbage. Complete buyers remorse. Im 100% F#$ked because its my ride to work daily. Nothing eahora can do to make me feel better either....because itll take 2 to 3 weeks to get parts.

@northeastslingshot1664 sorry to hear that your eahora is essentially a pos. I have had great luck with the Engwe brand, specifically the X24. It is an unstoppable tank. But I need/want more range and speed. I guess the search will continue. Maybe a dual battery wired cruiser. The only issue I have with that idea is the wait. If I order now, I may not get the bike till the end of the summer. The eahoras ship much faster, or so they say.

I love the look but it's been a nightmare. It needs new tires and rear shock to be perfect. I already had to replace the fork and seat. It's been broken 50% of the time I've owned it.

@@optimob the frame and battery are solid. Now I'm working out the bugs. Also you see I go to off road places so that doesn't help it.

Thanks. I just rode it and it feels good. I can tell the difference from modding the computer. Off the line feels the same but the once moving acceleration is noticeably improved.

Terrible customer service and lots of broken parts from normal driving. If you check out my channel I have 5 ebikes 2 highly modded so I'm no noob.

I made them send a pro fork to replace it and what a difference. The non pro fork is unsafe period.

It's coming around now but I've done as much fixing it as I have modding my other bikes. Plus the tolerances are terrible and part choices suck. Like the factory fork needs an adapter for the brakes it comes with. What a nightmare getting the new rig setup and I'm no rookie. Makes you not enjoy the bike but I'm taking it out in few on a long test ride. Hopefully it will redeem itself because it looks so cool imo.

It's a mess but fun. I can't wait to get it going again because it's like a real motorcycle. I can go anywhere in my county with it.

Most e-bikes are from China. As for serious mountain e-bikes, they are mostly over $5,000 to $25,000 range with mid drive motors. Not as long ranged though as The Eahora or ewalke e-bikes though. Of course, 52 Volt and 72 volt ebikes are more expensive as well, and might not give you the same range either. Serious mountain bikers on serious trails wouldn't even think of these bikes, but they are pretty good just the same just for riding on not so rough trails.
