The author of the lyrics, poet Nesimi, lived in the 15th century. She trained and taught in medicine, mathematics and astronomy. Lyrics had been written by Nesimi who is one of the famous poet from Turkish literature history. They used rich ryhme while writing their poems( like at 01:58). and the fantastic way is our vocals or vocal candidates knows how was the poem written and they are always be careful to sing these lyrics. and just for extra information most of us thought that he is singing Turkish but most of the lyrics are Persian.
