That is ridiculous that pharmacies are spending more money on advertisement than research. This shows that they don't care about the product but just care about the dollar.

AbernethyS that is true, and I'm torn, as business should be that way; it should be focused on "doing business", but at the same time, certain industries/products/sectors seem to me as if they should really be "altruistic", with medicine being one such example. That said, the market is the best mechanism we have for getting what's wanted, and what's needed, made and delivered to where it's wanted and needed, which government simply couldn't do as efficiently. Perhaps charities or Social Enterprise's being deregulated could be a solution so that they have more leeway to be able to make profits but still be considered charitable, making them less of a headsore/liability for folks.

Pharmaceutical industries do spend loads of money in researches at the dawn of business growth or just before starting up a company but as they gain momentum, they urge to expand their company by gaining Monopoly or sometimes dominance over other counterparts. This not only happens in pharmacies but other sectors as well.

Yes advertising can be good for business and the economy but you have to be very careful with advertising. Often times, good advertisers have a hard time finding a job and unable to put food on the table and unable to pay bills all because of bad actors that are out there. This is why I avoid advertising like it is the plague. All it takes is for there to be a victim of bad advertisers and you can be held liable for stuff. This is especially true when you didn't even have permission to advertise on someone's property. That can be read as trespassing and the building owner can throw you out of the building and ask you to never come back and can even press a charge against you for trespassing because you were advertising on his property and he didn't authorize...particularly if there was a victim of advertising related crimes. Now the big one...following people around, harvesting people's information to harrass them with advertisements. That can be read as stalking or even as a home invasion attempt or even a burglary attempt. And, your advertising permits can then be viewed by police as a burglary tool. That's right, that can land you in jail or even prison if the wrong person caught you. There are times when it's acceptable to advertise. One, on TV or radio. The producer has given you air time for your advertising. Two, if the building owner has specifically given you written permission to advertise on his property. Three, when you are trying to convince a family member to buy you something. Because, that is a private space. Four, if you have a billboard or something and only when you have permission to display it which goes back to number 2. There may be other times that I didn't list when it is okay to advertise. However, those permissions can be revoked at any given time. It is awful nice of building owners to allow advertising on their property but do not abuse these rules and privileges. Don't let advertising to get out of hand or otherwise, building owners will change their policy and no one will be able to advertise on their property and all of the advertisers will lose out. Advertising is not illegal, by no means. After all, it is a first amendment right. However, advertising is questionable if you will because, it can get out of control. The advertising industry is not a playground. It is just not a playground. Particularly, when adware, malware, and computer viruses get involved. That is bad. Grossly violating rights is another big thing. There is one thing that I want to add. I have never seen an advertiser do this but you never know I guess. Unauthorised retrofit or changes to other people's things to advertise modern technology. Holly crap! You can not do that! That is called tampering and the building owner can press a charge against you for trespassing and property damage. Because, you were doing something to their things that they didn't authorize. Just be careful with advertising. If you have no permission to advertise, then you pretend like you have never even heard of advertising. If you don't have permission to advertise on someone's property, you pretend like you don't even know what advertising is. You go onto another property pretending, "What is advertising? I don't know what advertising is! I have never even heard of advertising!" Yeah...so that way, should there be a victim of a bad actor, you won't get held liable for stuff. All it takes is there to be a victim and you being obsessed with advertising. If you go into a building, no permission of what so ever to advertise, you are obsessed with advertising and the building knows it, and say...later that night, or later that year or whatever, a patron of the building is victimized by an advertiser. And, even though it wasn't you, the victim or building can then say, "Aw! You know who probably did it? Probably the person obsessed with advertising!" And, you can be held liable, just for that. Because, the building owner will know through whoever that you were obsessed with advertising and you had no permission, there was a victim and the building owner can have a very, very strong case against you, that you could probably have done it, even though it wasn't you. Even if you have permission to advertise somewhere, be on alert for bad actors and bad advertisers, concerning behavior, or suspicious activity that might put your permission in jeopardy and report it to the building owner, security, or other authorities immediately. Because, that will tell the authorities that although you like to advertise but you not only had permission but you were not apart of the problem. Advertisers, please advertise the right way. Be very, very careful when it comes to advertising because, it can come with a lot of liability attached. Advertisers, be mindful of your behavior, always get permission, and report suspicious behavior. And, while you are advertising, it's not a bad idea to buy supplies from the store of which you are advertising at. If you are advertising at a Lowe's for windows. You have a sign that is lighted, buy the light bulbs from that Lowe's. And, always talk to the store manager first! I have run into advertisers who follow you around the store before and they truly are obnoxious. So, be mindful of things that you do. Another good place that advertising is okay is at your state fair. But even then, be careful. There's one more thing that I wanted to add. This is a super big one. I have never seen any advertisers do this and I don't know if it's even possible but with technology these days, you never know...advertisers hacking into alarm systems to display ads on the keypad. Holey crap! Oh crap! NO! YOU CAN NOT DO THAT!! That can be viewed as attempting to disable a security system and that would be breaking and entering. And, your advertising at that point would be considered as a burglary attempt. That's right, that can land you in jail if the wrong person caught you. Or, it can even land you in prison and a record that will haunt you for years if not the rest of your life. So yeah...that's bad. Advertisers, if you want to be able to advertise, you need to set a good example for other advertisers and you need to be respected by building owners. You need to be responsible for your actions and words when it comes to advertising. And advertisers, if you like to harrass people, hack into things, and stuff, you got to stop with the computer malware, hacking into things, redirecting web browsers, and harrassment and you should take the advertising materials down off the market where you used that behavior because, you are making all of your fellow advertisers look bad. I know all of this stuff sounds like it sucks but you have to know what to do and what not to do in the advertising industry and that is the ONLY way to not be held liable for stuff. I have never seen a judge do this before but let's keep it that way...a judge might even ban you from ever being in the advertising industry ever again if you were caught doing something. I know if I were a judge and I had to convict an advertiser for something, I would do just that. Be careful about advertising. Advertising is not a playground. It's just not a playground. Advertising is not a game. Advertising can come with a lot of liability attached and lots of liability in advertising sectors. This is only to spread the word about bad advertisers and the awareness of criminal advertisers and their carnage. Please use this for good and not for evil. If an advertiser sees this, I am not responsible for any legal troubles that resulted from committing the stuff that I mentioned here. I am only trying to raise the awareness of bad behavior in the advertising industry.

I always don't understand one thing that everyone says that companies and in the whole world, the most highly invested thing is Advertising ok.. but where all the money is going? If companies invest billions, trillions on Advertising so they should consider paying Advertising people so much salary right? I'm personally student of Advertising because i like it so much but i checked on Google about salaries and it looks like salaries are just ok not that much as people say about the investments on Advertising. Where all the money is going? Ok Advertising Managers earns so much but what about Copywriters, Art directors etc?

No it's simply that the women don't understand what the ads are doing to them the ads weren't supposed to make them feel good the ads weren't supposed to make them feel good the ads were supposed to make them buy products. The fact that they had made them buy products that needs the ads were successful proper correct and they worked.
