Metallurgy is offered only in JNTUH & MGIT. If you have a very low EAMCET rank and want to study in a top 10 college, you should go for Metallurgy. Just as any other core branch, if you work hard you can do well. But, you should be prepared to go for MTech through GATE or for getting into a PSU company.
