The industry he's been involved in for 45 years? You think he's whiter than white? As if he didn't know the truth. He has the cheek to have a pop at Holly then he covers his own backside the same as her. Who are the people attacking Phillip Schofield the most? Eamonn Holmes, Dan Wooton and Dr Ranj. You wouldn't trust any of those three as far as you could throw them. Everyone has got their own agenda here and who even cares what goes on behind the scenes at This Morning? It's like the Rooney/Vardy case. Who cares? It's like Boris having a cake during lockdown. Who cares? Only the gossipy witches in the media who keep shoving it down our throats.

Eamonn is right about Schofield's acting - his fake shaking hands in his "please pity me" interview yesterday is all the evidence you need of that. Agreed, I can't believe anyone is criticising Eamonn Holmes, when he has the courage to go on record and condemn Phillip Schofield and the culture of bullying at ITV. Eamonn and his wife Ruth only worked on 'This Morning' on Fridays, at the time of Schofield's relationship with the teenage runner. They had heard rumours of it - but they could hardly report rumours! They were not in Schofield's inner circle as Holly Willoughby and senior ITV execs were, and unlike them, they did not know for sure, and did not actively collude in protecting him and covering up his misdemeanours with Matthew McGreevy. They had no reason to protect Schofield - they didn't like him! Eamonn is being a voice for all the production staff who over the years, who were disrespected on that toxic show, and made to sign non disclosure agreements to stop them speaking out! He is to be applauded for going on the record to call out the corruption and cover ups.

@glamdolly30
@glamdolly30 11 ай бұрын
@@TF80s No, not at all - non disclosure agreements are industry standard in TV contracts. They are a clause in every contract that gags you from spilling the secrets of the TV show or its stars, after you leave/complete your contract. No payout is involved - it's a legally binding way of controlling what people can and cannot say about their mistreatment in television - and that's why it's so very wrong! People should be able to speak freely and honestly, and share their experiences, or people like Holly and Phil - and the TV execs who enable a culture of bullying - continue to get away with it!

So, basically, he came out as gay because he thought it was going to come out about his relationship with the kid at ITV and made sure the publicity would garner sympathy - covering all bases. This was because if it had come out in the papers before he came out, it would have tarnished his reputation. So, it was all calculated.

He asks questions, but doesn't do the research or actually "seek the truth". Simply throwing out something like "Is 5G safe?" is not a neutral question from a journalist. Is is a dog whistle to essentially cast doubt on already known and researched safety. If he was a true journalist then he would ask himself that question, do thorough research, then perhaps present a program both asking and answering that question and establishing what "safe" means when it comes to that issue and presenting both sides. Presenting a personal opinion is NOT journalism.

"In November 2009, Jon Culshaw appeared as Holmes on The Impressions Show in a series of sketches in which he was portrayed as having an appetite so uncontrollable that he eats a sofa, flowers and even a guest (Frankie Dettori), using the catchphrase 'I was fierce hungry, so I was'. After the programme aired the presenter instructed his lawyers to send a letter of complaint to the BBC. The letter resulted in an apology from the BBC along with a withdrawal of any future comedy sketches featuring Holmes. Both the complaint itself and the outcome of Holmes's legal action drew generally unfavourable criticism from media observers and online commentators." "While presenting This Morning in October 2011, Holmes described singer Jonathan Wilkes as "retarded" on air. He later apologised after complaints and calls for him to be sacked. Holmes said: "I have to say sorry to three or four of you who are upset because I used the word retarded. You seem to have taken it personally or think I am being insulting. I would never want to do that. There is this man who has an autistic child and said I insulted his child. I would never use it in that context. Sorry if that caused you offence" "In October 2011, Holmes provoked criticism by suggesting that a rape victim should take taxis in the future, leading to accusations of victim blaming. A spokeswoman for ITV said: "Eamonn was in no way suggesting that the victim was in any way to blame for this horrific attack. His interview was carried out with the utmost care and compassion and his comments were intended to highlight safety advice." "On 12 May 2016, Holmes provoked criticism by comparing an attack by West Ham fans to the Hillsborough disaster. He later issued an apology and said that there was "no comparison" between the events at West Ham and Hillsborough." Fuck off Eamonn Holmes, we all know Scumfield is a despicable degenerate, I said he was a nonce 20 years ago! You only chime in AFTER the iceberg has hit.

So this man Schofield has a brother jailed for abuse of a child, and now we find out that Schofield groomed a teenager. Are we supposed to believe that the one young man is the only victim of Phillip Schofield? Underage attraction seems to be a thing within that family. I hope that anyone else harmed will tell us what they experienced at ITV. It’s hard for me to believe that a man that age has only had bad behavior with one person.

Yes. But I believe it has been reported that the young man was age 15 when he met Mr. Schofield. The situation is concerning for anyone who has personal awareness of older men attracted to teens. Do you think I have wrong information?
@cliffhulcoopofficial8075
@cliffhulcoopofficial8075 11 ай бұрын
@@PollyAlice2000 When I wrote some of my comments here I was not aware of that, and only just recently (within an hour or so or whenever I read this and some other stuff) realised this. However according to Phillip, he met the person at some sort of event and at that event the then 15 year old boy simply asked about getting a job and maybe Phillip just gave him some info (like an address or let his bosses know or whatever). It is quite possible that he was just in "nice Phil" mode or perhaps remembered how maybe some people helped him when he wanted to get into the industry and thought he would be doing others a favour ("give back" if you like). Then it is possible he might not have seen him again until he was 18 and actually working there having been hired. Once he was hired the new hire (now 18) might have told Phil I only got the job because of him (because of the info he gave etc) when up until that point Phil may have forgotten about him as he possibly met a lot of members of the public etc. So it may have started totally innocently, but the became something when they were actually around each other. Relationships are weird and strange, as is human emotions. However I don't know the truth, only Phil and the other man (the former boy) know the truth, and possibly some others. But I feel many are seeing a lot of this as more sinister than it might originally have seemed.
@PollyAlice2000
@PollyAlice2000 11 ай бұрын
Cliff, I do understand that it would be nice if there was some way that this situation could have come out without a young man having a lot of anguish over an inappropriate workplace relationship. When you do some reading about older men wanting to have a boyfriend relationship with a much younger man, the professional essays about these things all explain that the younger man - usually still a teen- have a very hard time coping mentally when the relationship stops. They just lack the older man’s experience and they place a lot more value on the affair, leading sometimes to very difficult mental health issues. It does seem that more and more people are coming forward, saying they knew about the affair, and also saying that the young man is in a bad way emotionally and mentally. I think that my main concern is that people of the older generation simply do not have a one time only relationship like that. It is a kind of preference, and it’s very unlikely that this younger man was the one and only time Mr. Schofield ever had an affair with a shockingly younger person. If there are other young men needing help, they don’t have to go to media. They can go directly to appropriate licensed therapists, and we should encourage them to do that. It’s a difficult problem. Both parties are harmed when they need to employ all this deceit. We’ll just have to wait and see what is found out going forward.
@tinanewman5075

Personally it seems that everybody is focusing on the young man .But as it has been reported the boy was at the age of consent, I’m more alarmed at the Holly Willbury side show that she is making money out of her friend and that is itself disgusting .
