What size do you think? My favorite music is The Chainsmokers, I live in Los Angeles, suffer from crippling social anxiety, and practice cross-fit most days. Medium or small?

Hi Heather and co., I just bought these on Amazon and they arrived today because I'm thinking of using them in my restaurant while we're in the kitchen. a lot of the pots and pans banging around and the ice machine etc and make crazy loud noises. But I got the mediums and I'm not exactly certain if they're the right size, I feel like there's a possibility I might be able to benefit from the large but there's no real way of knowing. I'm getting a slight voice occlusion, similar to when you plug your ears with your fingers, but I feel like there may still be some gaps between my ear canal and the actual earpiece. Do you have any thoughts or recommendations?

@@ViciousFirearms not really. They fall out if your ear and you still can't hear shit with them in. I all but stopped using them.

I'm an adult female & bought a medium... They seem to fit. I'm not sure if small would have been better. :( How do you know if they're NOT the right fit?...

Most people can wear either size (medium or small). Most of the time women are more comfortable in small and men in medium. If you are getting a change in the way your own voice sounds (head voice) then you are getting a good seal and the Earasres are working. Thanks for the info, but as experts in sound and hearing loss, you really shouldn't be posting videos with such poor audio quality. There are so many cheap and readily available HQ recording solutions and microphones out there that it's pretty unforgivable for anyone, let alone professional audiologists to be posting buzzy, low volume recordings like this.
