Perfect presentation. Your demonstration is exactly what my setup is (Zidoo Z9x, LG C1 + Soundbar. I need this device because my LG C1 does not support DTS audio and doesn't DTS audio passthrough. With this device, I can solve all my audio problems. Thank you

I want to connect my chromecast ultra to the extractor - Will the extractor provide power to the Chromecast or do they both have to be connected to external power? Also can the HDMI output be disconnected since I only want to output audio from the Chromecast via toslink cable to my speakers

I have tried exactly the same and connected to firetv stick and sonos arc soundbar and sony projector....video is coming without any issue but no audi to soundbar...

I have a Samsung S90C tv with earc connected to my Arcam Avr750 receiver arc(not earc) but the sound is hardly audible and won't even send a signal to my sub. Can I use this to convert the earc from the tv to maybe hdmi to go to an hdmi input on my receiver instead?

Very nice but what if I want to cennect this to normal hdmi port in tv (not arc or eArc) Will this work as a second earc port audio extractor to soundbar ? (I want to use arc port and earc port in the tv to connect consoles) so this HDA 929 will be connected to normal hdmi port to extract audio earc from TV (when Im playing a console or PC or apple tv) to soundbar

Yes, you can connect it to a normal port on your TV as well, but it won't act as a second eARC port for your TV.

If you have multiple sources and 1 soundbar & TV, you can use the HDA-935.

Yes, you can connect both and both will play Atmos as long as they support it.

I have a 65 inch series 7 Samsung tv with arc support and I’m unable to get atmos passthrough with this device. I only get sound when toggling the ARC/eARC button on but I’m still getting horrible lip sync issues and no Atmos. I’ve followed the video guide with an Apple TV 4K. What am I doing wrong?

This product is confusing especially since it has a ARC switch in the front. I am returning it and trying the HDA-931. I wish you all would monitor this social channel and provide some assistance.

Also notice that the product says “adaptor” and not extractor. So I really don’t think this product functions as advertised
