Love the piano part in this track. That guitar skank has so much bounce. Also love the lead staccato guitar part. Nice filters on the hats in the dub. This whole mix is crisp. The high end is so clear.

I rather the other version to this Joe Gibbs production. In fact, this song was penned by Earl Sixteen himself which appeared on Dennis Brown's "Visions of Dennis Brown".

I've not heard this before - it's excellent! I did a bit of research on Earl 16 and it seems he was only a young man, around 17 (i think?) when this came out. I wonder if the '16' has something to do with his age when he started singing? Anyone?

Yes that's the origin of his name. He started professionally when he was 16 years old. So...What about Earl Zero ? :) Check also Malcom X by Winston McAnuff and Ina the Yard. Nice tune.
