Ingredients材料:
225g cream cheese (奶油芝士)
50g butter （牛油）
40g sweetened condensed milk (甜炼乳）
160ml Earl grey tea（伯爵茶）
50g plain flour （普通面粉）
20g corn starch(玉米粉)
5 egg yolks （蛋黄）
5 egg whites (蛋白)
1/8 tsp salt （盐）
90g caster sugar (细砂糖)
