I have watched the rack where Peach may or may not have gone for the cross double on the 3 ball (we will never know) but leaves Strickland snookered - only for Strickland to play a fantastic jump shot, with position on the 4. Taken as just one rack, this is one shot is the start of where the match became 'ugly' . However, this is, as i am assuming it is for many, the first time i have seen the whole match, and for me up until this point, for a Mosconi Cup match where emotions always run high, this was played in the way I would have expected. I don't accept that you can expect the crowd to get on Strickland's back without some sort of come back when he pulls off some great shots. Let's face it, he missed one open ball in the match and was the better player. And by the way, I am English and have great respect for the greats of the European Mosconi teams - but I have to conclude that in this match it was Peach that was being a bit of a dick!

Guys like The Pearl and Hurricane HIggins are great because they thrive off creating tension in the arena. Such vibes. Pure entertainment.
