There's many different ways. You could freestyle, you could freeverse, but mainly, write until your fingers bleed. Usually What happens to me is, I'll hear a song on the radio and as I'm listening to it I'll hear my own flow come out over the beat. But your problem isn't only your flow, it's your lyrics. Rap is all about what you say and how you say it.
