WOW. I met Earl Wild in NYC in July 2005 at the Mannes College of Music. His kickoff to his 90th birthday celebration. I also attended the master class the following day and he mentioned to one of his students the part about 'why are you looking up? God isn't going to help you!' I loved hearing him say that in this interview!!
