I did sushi before.. First time is the hardest haha. Next time try to put water on you knife before cuting the sushi, it helps :)

We usually use pickled cucumber, and put wasabi on the seaweed while vinegar in the rice in Asia, however your sushi tools are professional ^_^ Great job to make your own healthy food.

3 tips for Sushi 1. Buy the sushi rice oil 2. Don't put too much stuff in it 3. Have a REALLY sharp knife so that it cuts through the nori I love you!!!

Jimmy I don't know if this tip helps but, Tip: if you wanna keep the camera lens clean but it around a towel, or inside the camera bag and keep it in a warm dry area. Hope it helps
