My UPS driver always puts a dog treat on our delivered packages. He also goes through our neighborhood daily and throws a biscuit in the driveway. My dog now knows the sound of every UPS, FedEx or Amazon truck and runs to the door.

My neighbor gets a lot of packages too. She put a crate on her porch full of water bottles & snack size bages of chips etc, with a note to help themselves. I thought that was so nice especially during our 100 degree summers. Nice they left a dog treat. ❤

I would love to hear more in depth about your workout/fitness routine! Everyone is different but it's always helpful to hear someone's tips and tricks. For the towel bar, try changing to hooks... it's a game changer! The towels dry better and there isn't a need to put them up in a specific way to look nice. I was always fixing everyone's towels before we went to hooks and I will never go back!

Wow that is a very long day for you! Start @ 4;45 a.m. You mentioned you lost weight, how did you do it and I'd like to hear what prompted you to do it and what you eat in the course of a day? Since some of us want to check out your exercise routine maybe some in site as to how you got where you would be something others besides me would like to know. My three boys are all UPS delivery drivers and they always have treats for their little four legged friends. My oldest delivers in the country and had a goat get on with him. He got a treat too! 😂

Be cautious with the slides. I loved them and lived in that at home and ended up with painful feet issues. My foot surgeon says they over work your toes when you walk. I quit wearing them and in a few months my feet issues resolved but I was sad not to be able to wear them. They are so easy to slip on and off and were so comfortable. You may not have any issues but I just wanted to share my experience.

Love banana bread, sour cream sounds different. Sally’s baking addiction has good recipes, like her cinnamon rolls too. Our UPS guy always gives our Katie treats. We are at end of subdivision, a culdesac. Sometimes in the summer as he drives by he tosses a treat to her, as she is usually reclining in the front yard.😊

I enjoyed your "Day in the Life" video. Love Aldi and all your healthy food choices. I have made cream cheese with strawberries and mixed berries, chives, all kinds of things. Your banana bread looks delicious. Funny I hate bananas but love banana bread with chocolate chips and nuts. I also hate raw onions but cook with them alot.
