Maikova was the “case manager” assigned to me, his/her response was; First, we need you to send us six photos and answer the following questions: 1) Do you have any disease/allergy? 2) How did you hear about us? 3) Your email for our file please 4) Full name When I told them that I would first like to know an approximate price range, and first availability, in order to know whether the procedure fit my budget and schedule, the response was; “My apologies, the requirements are out of my hands” And “Kind regards” I was literally shocked at the lack of empathy and understanding - I’d straight up fire this person!
