The quality of your videos is baffling. I was shocked to see you have so few subs given the sheer production of your content. Amazing. helpful, informative and entertaining. This stuff is on par with discovery channel documentaries.

I just started learning about foraging. I know some basics but mainly things you’d find in Sweden. Had to subscribe, your videos gives great guidance for the start (of course I’m doing other research as well) 😊

Very enjoyable, always look forward to spring foraging. Still my favourite is stinging nettle tops and ramsons. What's the connection with kernow?another one here in mid Devon that has survived over winter, one you can eat for the rest of you life dog mercury it like a carpet where I forage avoid like the plague

I didn’t know less at celandine was edible? Which part/s?
@originaloutdoors
@originaloutdoors 3 ай бұрын
All parts of lesser celandine are edible...once cooked - that part is important! Being a member of the buttercup family, lesser celandine contains a toxic compound called Protoanemonin which is destroyed by cooking or drying. Robin Harford over at Eatweeds has written a great blog about this plant: www.eatweeds.co.uk/lesser-celandine-ficaria-verna ~A
