The only thing that kinda confuses me is that there aren't any sirens in Portland, or anywhere nearby Portland.

Understandable. Was in Portland about 10 years ago and much of it looked bombed out anyhow.

Portland has a Modulator and Whelen, but it's unknown if they're in use or not.

Charlotte, NYC, and San Francisco are pretty much the US big three banking and financial cities. I’m surprised Atlanta isn’t a target in this scenario, however hitting Charlotte and DC would absolutely cripple the Northeast and Southeast in themselves

To say nothing of what would happen if the TVA was hit; take that down, and you cripple power generation for something like a quarter of the country....

This is the first EAS mockup to feature Grand Rapids, MI as a target. Grand Rapids is a city in the middle of the southern half of the lower peninsula and is the main large city in Michigan (Detroit is a sick joke of a city nowadays). Grand Rapids is about the size of Chicago (maybe bigger if you include the suburbs) and has the backup trade center built just in case the WTC in NYC gets hit again so it makes perfect sense that Kim Jong Un or Vlad Putin would target the city.

Same!! I kinda teared up when the voice said down leave your pets behind. Do you have any idea how many scenarios I watched that said to just put the pets down because they’d consume resources?? I could never do that to my babies!!
