PAINEATER - kill an Uruk or Olog that has ENRAGE BY INJURY - more conditions explained below (in point 1)
You can also get HEARTSTRIKER from the same orc (1 of the best Rings) and few more, but rest is not really any good
- Important! You need Treasure Hunter skill! (Wrath section)
- Set difficulty to Brutal to make your Bodyguard bleed out faster, and after that you can change to Easy to kill the Death Threat captain
If you actually get the correct item drop from your Bodyguard - leave the mission and you will keep it. Otherwise follow the instructions below
1) Finish the enemy Orc with Autoattack or Glaive (Very important!)
- If you freeze or pin him right before he dies - you will get FROST Items, so dont do that
- Avoid using any elemental attacks, especially when the Orc is about to die
2) Now wait just for a split second for the item to get picked up - then instantly go to Menu - so the Death Threat does not finish (Very important!)
3) Check what you got (Death Threat reset Method is shown at the beginning of this video) - • How to farm Wrathgiver...
- Wrong item? - Quit to Main Menu to reset whole progress of that Death Threat mission, then log back in and repeat whole process
- Correct item? - Wait for Death Threat to end, and you will keep your new loot!
Some examples of other powerful items:
MIGHTMENDER - kill any Uruk that has EXECUTION IMMUNITY, with autoattack/glaive finisher (1 of the best Bows/Hammers)
CORPSEMONGER - kill any Uruk with STEALTH as a FINISHER (1 of the best Daggers)
