Is there any really hard cities? Or is it coined by pickup tourists that determine a hard city because foreigners who usually say latvia, Estonia, etc is hard I kind of don’t get because I talked to a russian guy who does pickup and he said he got results in places like Ukraine, latvia, Estonia, since they also speak russian in those regions and English not so much: I feel as if you know how to approach, and the whole daygame scene and also speak the local language you won’t have a problem also depends on how big the city is in order to work. And you need your looks/fashion and grooming in check for more sophisticated cities.
