I have been doing something similar for years, and never thought to pull on the ends to make the bun more full (rather then just pulling on the bun itself)- GENIUS! 🙌🏻

My hair is SUPER long currently and I haven’t worn a messy bun that I LOVE in at least 2 years, I had to make a couple slight changes but this is the cutest messy bun I have ever had!

The only messy bun I've ever half-way been able to do. I have really long hair, so I had to wrap around each section left over about three times; it looked ok, but, You know what they say: " Practice Makes Perfect"! Thanks!

I’m sorry but this doesn’t work for me because when I pull and stretch my bun out it doesn’t do a full rainbow outward so pretty like that it just stays in a small lump on my head :( any tips?

I'm a new Sub.. I've just tried this I have long straight hair to the base of my back. I've always wanted to do this as I never know what to do with my hair other than a boring ponytail but my hair seems to just flop down flat and wont pin up! if you get what I mean 😒😪 what can I do if there is anything xx

What about if your hair is like super, extra, fine, flat, thin, completely straight? Just looking for some tips/help because I no idea what to do it, but the only problem I would have is the same one that I always run into is when I first would pull it through that is still somewhat sticking up after your head after you put the hair tie in mine literally just completely falls, straight flat down my head. I need tips suggestions I am open to hearing them please.😊
