Ingredients:-
1 tbsp. Oil
¼ cup Salted butter
25 medium sized raw Prawns, peeled with tail on
⅛ cup Garlic cloves, crushed
⅛ cup Green garlic, chopped
Salt, as required
Freshly ground black pepper, as required
Chilli flakes, as required
⅛ cup parsley, chopped
2 tbsp. Lemon juice
½ tsp. Corn starch
2-3 tbsp. Water
Method:-
- Heat oil in a pan and add prawns to it.
- Toss this well and add salt. Keep the flame on high.
- Add garlic, butter, parsley and toss again.
- Add water, chilli flakes, black pepper, corn flour slurry, lemon juice and mix well.
Delicious Butter Garlic Prawns are ready to eat.

it's overcooked in the video if prepared this way..better take prawns off the pan once turned slightly orange and re-join when the sauce is done.

It actually also depends on the size of the prawns which naturally correspond to the time & heat to which they get cooked ....and it could always be a personal choice ....he cooked it to his liking

I agree. 4-5 minutes on High flame is a bit too much for these small sized prawns.

Such a good, easy and absolutely tasty recipe!! I love how quick it was to make. I didn't have green garlic, so I used even more garlic and added in jalapeño, good God! Gonna make a double batch next time!!! Family loved it too!!

After my BLOODY MARY VODKA DRINKS . I fried up some fresh unthawed prawns I fried in butter and plenty of Garlic powder and later added plenty of Paprika powder and then some ginger powder and then sauteed in added soy sauce and then a good splash of white wine vinegar. Allowed the prawns to sautee and cook in all these ingredients and juices and then served. My speciall recipe. Delicious. 👌
