Hello ma, I've not heard anything about LSMU restricting students as I know people who study there and are from Nigeria and different paths of the world. Unless this is a recent development. On their site, I see they have an email to contact them and confirm if any restrictions. Also, it could be that the admission process for certain nationality is closed already.

Ohh, my dear, this one might be tricky for you now as you need to get apostille in an approve Gh embassy of of your country in EU or in Lithuania if you have one, then Min of foreign affairs LT needs to stamp your Police report as well. But if you are a student, please ask your university to send immigration a letter that you will do apostille upon arrival

Thank you for asking this question. Here is my take: This is not very possible or a route I would recommend. Lithuania is not a big country that you get by not being registered in the system or living legally. I would rather recommend utilizing either of the options I shared in this video. I think it would be a much better route.

It’s wrong to recommend Russian as a language to speak. Russian is the language of the imperialist aggressor who continues to pose a current threat. It is incredibly disrespectful to speak Russian in Lithuania. Belarusians and Ukrainians get a pass as they are victims of Russia and had Russian forced on them too. Older people will understand Russian because they were forced to learn it in Soviet times but it is cruel to force them to. I hate when people try to speak Russian to me in Lithuania.
