Dude for real. Got my Pit Boss 4 years ago and it's been a game changer. I reverse sear steaks, pork chops, smoke briskets, ribs, chicken, grill burgers, wings, etc etc. I'm a semi-pro backyard grand champion!

I like to use a small gamagatsu hook works every time cuz it will catch them right in the lips hook ur shrimp in the tail. That’s what works for me here in Galveston tx

Finally got back to TX after about fifteen years. Was there for two days but you know I had to hit the HEB because Harold E Butts is the bomb!! LOL! If you feel like checking out an amazing place to eat in San Antonio, go to El Bucaneros!!! That place is awesome. I am sure it was also the company because I was with my wife, my brother, his wife, and their friend. Absolutely crazy good food and atmosphere!

@@RedfishHunter Wished I could have stayed but had to return to FL. Next best thing to TX! I have no less than six boat launches within thirty minutes and I utilize them a lot. LOL! Just got a Solo Skiff this weekend so time for some new fun. Pedaling the kayak wasn't as much fun in the wind. LOL! Boat is fun but the Solo is as easy as using the kayak but having the mobility of the boat. Oh, and had to bring some Big Red soda back from TX as well. Turned a few more folks onto it.
